REFUND POLICY

XMotive Dance Studio

XMotive Dance Studio maintains a strict no-refund policy for bookings, deposits, memberships, and studio services.

By submitting payment through XMotiveDance.com or any authorized payment method, you acknowledge and agree to the following:


1. EVENT BOOKINGS

All payments made toward event reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.

This includes:

  • Deposit-only promotional bookings
  • Partial payments
  • Paid-in-full reservations
  • Limited-time special pricing

Reserved dates are removed from availability and cannot be re-sold once secured.

Failure to use reserved time does not qualify for a refund.


2. DEPOSITS

Deposits:

  • Secure calendar availability
  • Are non-refundable
  • May be applied toward the total rental balance when applicable

Deposits compensate for reserved time and administrative preparation.


3. RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling requests:

  • Must be submitted in writing
  • Are subject to availability
  • Are not guaranteed

Approval to reschedule does not constitute a refund.


4. MEMBERSHIPS, CLASSES & PROGRAMS

All payments for:

  • Studio memberships
  • Instructor access
  • Dance team programs
  • Classes and registrations

Are non-refundable and non-transferable once processed.


5. PAYMENT DISPUTES

Clients agree to contact XMotive directly regarding billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.

Reserved studio time constitutes rendered service.

XMotive reserves the right to submit documentation, booking confirmations, policy acknowledgments, and communication records to financial institutions in response to disputes.


6. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • Required by law
  • The studio cancels a booking and rescheduling is not offered

All decisions are made at the sole discretion of XMotive Dance Studio management.
