REFUND POLICY



XMotive Dance Studio

XMotive Dance Studio maintains a strict no-refund policy for bookings and reserved services.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.



1. EVENT BOOKINGS


All deposits and payments made toward event reservations are:

NON-REFUNDABLE.

Reservations remove availability from our calendar and secure studio time exclusively for the client.

Failure to use reserved time does not qualify for a refund.


2. DEPOSIT PAYMENTS

Deposits secure your reservation date.

Deposits:

  • Are non-refundable
  • May be applied toward the total rental balance when applicable
  • Do not guarantee rescheduling unless approved in writing

3. RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling requests:

  • Must be submitted in writing
  • Are subject to availability
  • Are granted at the sole discretion of XMotive

Approval of rescheduling does not constitute a refund.


4. MEMBERSHIPS & INSTRUCTOR FEES

Membership and instructor payments are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable
  • Subject to suspension for nonpayment


5. CLASSES & PROGRAMS

Class registrations, team fees, and program payments are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.


6. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Clients agree to contact XMotive directly before initiating a chargeback.

Disputing valid charges for reserved services may result in:

  • Termination of booking privileges
  • Suspension of services
  • Submission of documentation to financial institutions

Reserved studio time constitutes rendered service.


7. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • Required by law
  • The studio cancels an event and rescheduling is not offered

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of XMotive Dance Studio.
