At XMotive Dance Studio, We're more than a place to Dance we're a community that inspires creativity, confidence, and growth. Our mission is to build dancers who move with purpose, connect through performances, and grow into leaders both on and off stage.


We believe every dancer deserves a space to start, grow, and shine and we created a clear path for that through our XMotive Dance Team Program.

The Dance Team Program

XMotive's Dance Team Program, is designed for dancers of all levels who are ready to learn, perform, and be part of something bigger.

Our Program Levels

Uncover ways to elevate your abilities at XMotive Dance Studio!

  • XMotive Elite Jrs Team (Age 7-12)

    Perfect for beginner and intermediate dancers. Learn choreography, teamwork, and discipline while performing in parades, showcases, and community events.


    Weekly practices led by Current Choreographer -Autumn . 

    • Fun Supportive environment 
    • No performance pay, but dancers receive team incentives like new uniforms, Dance events, and soon competition opportunities. 

  • XMotive Elite Team (Ages 13-20 )

    For Dancers ready to perform on a bigger stage! Members train in multiple styles, represent XMotive at community events, and build the foundation to join our paid Event Performance Teams.


    -Intermediate-advance skill development


    -Team based performance at public and private events


    -Opportunities to advance to the Performance Team

  • XMotive Legends Performance Team

    Our professional-level, paid team for dancers who meet specific criteria in skill dependability, and performance qualit. Legends represent XMotive at booked events, team bookings, and promotional opportunites. 


    -Earn per event as a contractor with us


    -Manage directy through XMotive Dance Studio


    -Service fees applu upon acceptance (No Monthly membership fees)


    -Must maintain professionalism, availiability and performance quality.

  • Event Performance Team (Currently 18 & Up)

    A paid opportunity for dancers recrutied though auditions, or directly selected through observation of our dance program.  Members are hired per event and may advance to the Legends Team based on consistency, performance quality, and studio engagement.


    -$45 Monthly Membership Fee (Deducted from event pay or paid upfront monthly)


    -Event pay rates depend on skillm reliabilitiy and the type of event.


    -Choreorgapher lead rehearsals, manage performance prep, and receive pay from each booking.


  • How The Program Works

    Step 1- Register online- 

    Fill out the form below to join for your team level.


    Step 2- Get Placed- 

    XMotive assigns you to the appropriate team based on age, skill level, and at times audition results.


    Step 3- Attend Orientation- 

    Learn how the team works, about performance opportunities, and team expectations.


    Step 4- Train Weekly - 

    Attend practices and create content with your team and prepare for upcoming events.


    Step 5-Perform & Grow-

    Perform at showcases, parades, and paid events.


    Step 6- Advance Through Levels & Consistency- 

    Dancers who consistently perform, attend practices, and are dedicated to the team may move into paid opportunities on our performance teams based on strict criteria.
