Who can book a studio session?
Active XMotive members with a valid membership can book private studio sessions through this page.
What does my membership include?
Your membership includes access for one person (you) per session.
Can I bring additional people?
Yes. You may bring up to 2 additional participants per session.
Each additional participant is $30
All participants must be registered and paid during booking
Do additional participants have to be members?
No. Additional participants can be members or non-members.
However, all additional participants are subject to the $30 session fee regardless of membership status.
Can multiple members share one session?
No. Each session is tied to the booking member.
If multiple members attend the same session, they are still considered additional participants unless they book their own session.
When Should I Arrive?
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.
Late arrivals do not extend your session time.
Do I have to be present for my booking?
Yes. The booking member must be present for the entire session. Memberships cannot be shared or used to book sessions for others.
What happens if I bring someone not listed?
Unregistered participants are not permitted.
They must be added and paid for before entry, or they will not be allowed to join the session.
What is the maximum number of people allowed?
A maximum of 3 total participants per session:
1 member (included)
Up to 2 additional participants
Can I cancel or reschedule my session?
Yes. Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to do so will result in loss of your session credit.
Are additional participant fees refundable?
No. Additional participant fees are non-refundable within 24 hours of the session
What happens if I don’t follow the rules?
Failure to follow booking policies may result in:

Suspension or termination of membership

Your membership gives you access to book studio time — not to transfer or share access.
All bookings are monitored to ensure a fair and consistent experience for all members.
