What's included in a membership?
Your XMotive membership gives you access to classes, dance teams, studio programs, member-only gear, and all studio updates — depending on the plan you choose. Dance Team Only plans cover team training and performances. Classes Only plans cover scheduled class sessions. The Team + Classes Bundle covers both.
How do I sign up?
Fill out the membership inquiry form on this page, select your age tier and plan, and submit your information. Our team will follow up to confirm enrollment and payment details.
Do memberships auto-renew?
Yes. Memberships are billed monthly and continue until cancelled. Contact us to make changes to your membership.
What happens if I miss classes or practices?
Missed classes or practices do not qualify for refunds, make-ups, or credits. Your membership secures your spot, scheduling, and access — not individual sessions.
What is the refund policy?
All membership payments, class payments, and team fees are non-refundable. Payments secure access, placement, and scheduling. Missed classes, missed practices, cancellations, lack of attendance, or failure to use services do not qualify for refunds. XMotive may offer credits or transfers at its discretion only.
