What dance and fitness styles does XMotive approve?
XMotive approves hip-hop, majorette, drill, jazz, contemporary, fitness, and related performance styles. All styles must align with XMotive's brand and standards. Final approval is at the studio's discretion.
How does the instructor review process work?
Submit your application through this page. XMotive will review your specialty, experience, and availability. If selected, you'll receive an onboarding outline and begin scheduling your class slot. Most reviews are completed within 5-7 business days.
What happens if my class underperforms or enrollment drops?
XMotive monitors class activity and may work with you to reposition, reschedule, or rebrand your offering. Persistent low enrollment may result in a plan review or removal from the listing. Monthly fees remain non-refundable regardless of enrollment performance.
Are instructor fees refundable?
No. All instructor fees are non-refundable. Payments secure your class slot, studio listing, and scheduling. Missed classes, low attendance, or voluntary withdrawal do not qualify for refunds. XMotive may offer credits or transfers at its sole discretion.
