  • Are we able to book during the week?

    Yes! You can book during the week but for this we ask that you call us at 757.504.0846 to book in advance.

  • Do I have to pay the full amount now?

    Nope, We only collect 50% of the total amount due. 


    Example:  If you choose a package that is $550.00 you can provide a deposit of $275.00 which will reserve the date. The remainder $275.00 will not be due until the day before the event.

  • If I have questions can I speak with someone?

    Yes of course! Please give us a call or even text our company number at 757.504.0846 we will reach back out to you as soon as we can.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    The deposit is none refundable.


     If your event has to be moved due to weather or natural disaster we will accommodate a different date for your event based on stduio availiability. 

  • Can I decorate the Studio for my event?

    Yes! We provide a additional 1 hour or 2 hours depending on your package for you to come setup the studio the way you like.

  • Can I add a additional hour to my event?

    Yes! Regardless if the additional hour is for setup or clean up or the event itself you are able to add a additional hour to any of our packages. 


    The cost for a additional hour is $100.00 per hour you add. If you have already reserved your date but wish to add additional hour please call us at 757.504.0846 .

  • Can I upgrade to round tables?

    Yes! You are more then welcome to upgrade to round tables anytime before the day of your event. 


    When filling out the form you will be asked if you would like to upgrade the tables or even add additional tables. The price will adjust based on your answer.

  • Do you all charge taxes?

    Yes, Taxes will be charged for your event. Sorry we don't make the laws but we have to pay taxes.


    Yes we spilt the tax cost into you pay half of the tax when you pay the deposit, and you pay the remainder when you pay the remaining balance the day before your event.

  • The date I want is greyed out why?

    If the date you are wishing to book is grey this means you are attempting to book a day that has been booked already. 


    It could also mean you are choosing a week day. For week day bookings please call the studio at 757.504.0846 we will assist.

  • Can I have alcohol at my event?

    Yes! 


    You must obtain a Banquet License permit from Virginia ABC. The cost is no more than $40.00 . We can assist with this process please call us at 757.504.0846

  • When I make my second payment how I will I process that payment?

    We automatically will send over a invoice a week before your event for the second payment. If you have not already paid in full during your initial booking.


    If you wish to pay sooner you may due so by calling or sending us a text at 757.504.0846. We will reach out to send over the invoice to you.

  • What happens after I Reserve my date?

    You will receive a confirmation email from us. We will then reach out to you the next business day to confirm all the details.


    After which we will provide you with a contract for your event details to ensure we got everything correct. Please allow up to 24 hour for this to occur.
